Returns & Exchanges

At BLNCO, we truly want you to love every piece you receive. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of being notified that your local pick-up order is ready).

A few important details:

  • All purchases are non-refundable.

  • Sale, discounted, or promo code items are final sale.

  • Accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, and similar items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit or an exchange, items must:

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, tears, or odors

  • Be returned within 7 business days of delivery

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping and again upon return to ensure quality standards are met.

Local Pick-Up Orders

Pick-up orders will be held for 7 days. After this period, items become final sale and are no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

(Be sure to include your order number and clear photos.)

If not reported within 24 hours, we are unable to issue store credit.


How to Return

  1. Mail your item to the return address listed on your package or drop it off at the pick-up location.

  2. Include your original invoice or a note with your full name and order number.

  3. Ship using the carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
