Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your pieces.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Local Pick-Up

If you select local pick-up at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. After this time, items become final sale and are no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BLNCO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the carrier and marked as delivered, BLNCO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
